Jordan West joins the Wildcats for his first season as the tight ends coach.
West arrives at Davidson from NC State, where he served as an offensive assistant from 2012-14, and as a recruiting operations assistant from 2011-12. In his first role, West helped scout recruiting prospects and broke down recruiting videos. In his most recent role, he helped breakdown film, organize game planning and playbooks, and worked with the quarterbacks and wide receivers in individual practice sessions.
West graduated from NC State in 2013 with a degree in political science. He initially attended Guilford College, where he was a two-year letterman as an offensive lineman and tight end, and a two-time selection to the all-academic honor role team. West transferred and walked on to the Wolfpack football team as an offensive lineman in 2011.
