Ferreira begins his second season on the staff as a student assistant following two years on the Wildcats roster.
Ferreira was a four-year lettermen and three-year team captain for coach Nick Mullen at Timberline High School, and earned honorable mention all-state honors as a senior.
The Olympia, Wash. native is the son of Marvin and Susan Ferreira, he has an older sister, Meghan, and a younger brother, Kyle.
