The Book on Perez: Will join a deep backcourt where she will provide valuable depth. A walk-on as a freshman, Perez's hard work earned her a spot on the team. She is a good team-player and brings a lot of chemistry to the team.

2008-09 Highlights:
•Saw action in nine games in first season off the bench for the Wildcats.
•In second collegiate game, registered first rebound at the Vanderbilt Thanksgiving Tournament, Nov. 28-29.
•Scored first collegiate points on a free throw at Cincinnati, Dec. 21, while tallying first offensive rebound.
•In five minutes of action at Western Caorlina, the freshman hit her first field goal, a driving layup.
•Played a personal-best six minutes at Wofford, Jan. 31, pocketing first steal of career.

High School Notes:
•As senior, averaged close to 10 points on way to earning Eastern Athletic Conference and Sun Chronicle All-Star honors. Also chosen in 2007 as Sun Chronicle All-Star.
•Winner of the 2007 Wendy's High School Student-Athlete Heisman Award for Bishop Feehan.
•Twice was an Attleboro Area Holiday Tournament All-Tournament pick (2006 & 2007).
•North Attleboro went 59-11 during her four-year prep career.
•Part of the National Honor Society as well as French, Science, Social Studies & History Honor Societies.
•Graduated in the top-10 in class.
