2010: Played in one game – the season finale at Presbyterian • Caught three passes for 20 yards in that game.

2009: Played in the first two games before an injury ended his season • Caught one pass for five yards at Elon and two for 16 vs. Lenoir-Rhyne • Also returned four kicks for 53 yards • Named to PFL Academic Honor Roll.

Prep Years: Team captain for coach Clint Alexander at Woodberry Forest School • First team all-state as a wide receiver in 2007, second-team all-state in 2008 and all-state honorable mention in 2006 • Three-time All-Prep selection • Also lettered in track and basketball and served as team captain for both • All-state and all-conference in track • High Honors GPA at Woodberry Forest.
