2007: Played in 23 contests, making 14 starts in center field… had 10 hits, including two doubles and two homers… also scored 10 runs and posted 10 RBIs… tied for the team lead with seven stolen bases… went 2-for-4 with a solo homer against Lafayette March 11… was 2-for-4 with two RBIs against Lehigh March 18… collected a home run, two RBIs and scored two runs against Yale March 14.
2006: First career three-hit game came in 7-2 triumph versus Wofford as he doubled, scored two runs and drove in another … also had three hits and a double in a game at Furman … batted .361 (13-for-36) with four doubles, a triple (versus Yale) and six runs during a nine-game hitting streak in late March … also had a modest seven-game hit streak in April, going 10-for-25 (.400) … doubled in final two runs in five-run eighth of 9-5 win at #24 Wake Forest … tripled and had an RBI single in the 11th of a 12-inning win at Appalachian State … SoCon Honor Roll for second straight year.
2005: First collegiate hit came on a bunt single with two outs in the eighth against Manhattan, jump-starting a two-run rally to give the Wildcats a one-run lead… went 2-for-5 with a double, bunt single and a run in other start, a 12-4 win over North Carolina A&T … SoCon Honor Roll.
Prep Years: Three-sport letterman at Hotchkiss School, starting for baseball, basketball and soccer teams … compiled total of eight varsity letters … helped squad to Ohio State Championship as a freshman … team also equaled school record for victories in each of last two seasons under Coach Paul Oberto … league all-star soccer player … won the Hotchkiss Athletic Award … AP scholar.
