Wildcats Beat Queens 17-10 On The Road, Improve To 6-0

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Davidson took down Queens, 17-10, and improved to 6-0 on Sunday afternoon. This 6-0 record matches the best six-game start to a season in program history. The Wildcats also started 6-0 in 2022 and 2019.
Davidson led 6-3 after the first quarter. Brooke Ross and Allie Hartnett each tallied two goals in the frame. Mali White and Keira Best chipped in with a goal as well.
Following a scoreless second quarter for the 'Cats, the team outscored Queens 5-2 in the third quarter.
Alanna Dumalac recorded a career-high 13 draw controls. Jenna Skibbe led the 'Cats with four goals on six shots. All of Skibbe's goals came in the second half. Brooke Ross and Allie Hartnett each tallied three goals. Jacqueline Callahan led the team with three assists. Mary Claire Hendrick led the team with two caused turnovers. Aeryn Curren led the team with three ground balls.
