‘Cats Fall to Elon on the Road

ELON, N.C. – The Davidson College men's soccer team fell 2-0 to Elon on the road at Rudd Field on Tuesday night.
The Phoenix got out to an early lead in the contest, drawing a penalty kick in the sixth minute that was buried by Martin Kozak. Elon was able to add to their lead the final minute of the first half and held their 2-0 lead for the rest of the game.
Defender Brady McGlone registered all four shots for Davidson, three of which were on target. Lucas Beltran made four saves for the Wildcats.

Davidson returns to Alumni Stadium for A-10 conference action against St. Bonaventure on Saturday, Sept. 20 at 1 p.m. The game will not be streamed on ESPN+.
