BOILING SPRINGS, N.C. — Dylan Felt set an Atlantic 10 Conference record as the Davidson Wildcats swam past Gardner-Webb in the final dual meet of the year Saturday afternoon.
A sophomore, Felt swam the 200 free in 1:35.11, which bested the previous A-10 mark set by George Washington's Moritz Fath (1:35.47) in 2019. Felt already owned the 200 free school record (1:35.95) but improved upon that as well.
Felt's swim was the highlight on a day full of them, as the Wildcats earned two team victories, won 21 events and rode their depth to multiple 1-2-3 event finishes. The Davidson men prevailed 168-94 in the team tally, while the women won 164-98.
