Wildcats Named to 2026 CSC Academic All-District Team

GREENWOOD, Ind. — Eight members of the Davidson swimming and diving teams have been named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team, the CSC announced Tuesday.
Davidson is represented in 2025-26 by four men and four women, including Elle Jacobsen, Maggie McCabe, Liam McDonough, Davis Moore, Ryan Shute, Fletcher Smith, Ann Thompson and Ginny Thorsen. It's the third straight honor for McDonough and the second for Jacobsen, McCabe, Shute and Smith.
To qualify for CSC All-District, student-athletes must display a blend of academic and athletic excellence, including a 3.5 cumulative GPA.
