
Pak, Whiddon Earn Atlantic 10 Postseason Honors

WASHINGTON — Davidson women's soccer players SJ Pak and Sophia Whiddon have earned Atlantic 10 Conference All-Academic and All-Rookie Team honors, respectively, the league announced Wednesday morning.
The two helped the Wildcats go 8-8-3 overall this fall, including 4-5-1 in A-10 play, and reach the A-10 Tournament for the third time in program history.
A junior midfielder and psychology major from Denver, Colo., Pak started all 19 games. With three goals and four assists, she ranked fourth on the team with 10 points.
Whiddon, a freshman midfielder from Littleton, Colo., appeared in all 19 games, making 13 starts, and led the Wildcats with five assists. Also scoring three goals, she was third on the team with 11 points. A key part of the 'Cats offense, Whiddon was one of just five players, and the only freshmen, to have started in all 19 contests this season.
