Three 'Cats Compete on First Day of VertKlasse Meeting

HIGH POINT, N.C. – Three Wildcats competed on the first day of the VertKlasse Meeting hosted by High Point on Friday.
Sophomore Grahm Breiter was Davidson's top finisher after he ran a personal-best time in the 1,500 meters at 3:56.25 which was good enough for 14th out of 120 entries. Junior Henry Griffith was right behind him as he crossed the finish line in 3:56.52.
Pennsylvania native, Nick Masterman, was able to earn a top-15 finish in the javelin after his throw of 48.02 meters.
The men's track and field team will wrap up action at High Point tomorrow beginning at 9:00 a.m.
