Outdoor
Earned a bronze medal at the A-10 Championships (5/5) as the third leg on the 4x800 relay team... Helped that squad to the second-fastest time in program history, 7:33.74... Set a personal-best and finished sixth in the 800m at the Charlotte Invitational (4/26) with a 1:55.82... Took seventh at the Weems Baskin Invitational (3/23) by clocking a 1:57.55.
Indoor
Finished within the top-10 at the USC Indoor Open (2/17) in the 800M with a time of 1:57.89... Ran the 800 in 1:57.66 at the A-10 Championships which was good for 14th... Also raced in the 4x800 relay at A-10's.
2022-23 (Junior):
Outdoor
Finished inside the top-ten in the 5,000-meters at the 49er Classic (3/17) with a personal-best time of 14:58.23... Set a new PR in the 1500 at the VertKlasse Meeting (4/1) with a mark of 3:56.52.
Indoor
Earned a 7th place finish in the 3k at the USC Indoor Open (2/17) with a mark of 8:46.38... Set a PR in the 3k at the Atlantic 10 Championships (2/26) after crossing the finish line in 8:40.41.

Finished 10th in the 3k at the South Carolina Open (4/23) with a time of 9:00.12... Competed in the 5k at the Atlantic 10 Championships (5/8) and crossed the line in 15:07.57.

Before Davidson: Ran cross country for four years and indoor and outdoor track for three years under Coach Ken Fowler... Was named team captain his junior and senior year... Earned the cross country team MVP in 2019... Named All-Conference XC performer all four years... MIAA All-Conference Indoor track performer his senior year... MIAA All-Conference outdoor track performer his junior and senior year.
Personal: Son of John Griffith and Elizabeth Wilson... Has two sisters, Anna and Isabel... Anna played lacrosse at Dartmouth and Isabel ran XC/T&F at The University of Pennsylvania... On top of Cross Country and Track & Field, is involved in the Deliberative Citizenship Initiative, Davidson Investment & Finance Association, Pre-Business Society at Davidson.
