2022-23 (Redshirt Junior):
Outdoor

Won bronze in the 800-meters at the Atlantic 10 Championships (5/7) by stopping the clock in 1:50.06... A-10 Champion in the 4x800 relay... Ran the third leg on the record-setting 4x800 relay team at A-10's which finished in 7:26.37... Ran the opening leg on Davidson's distance medley relay team which set a new program record at the Penn Relays (4/28) with a time of 9:44.09... Set PR's in the 800 and 1500-meters... Ran a 1:49.26 in the 800 at the Virginia Challenge (4/20)... Recorded a time of 3:47.59 in the 1500 at the Duke Invitational (4/8)... Finished second in the 800 at the VertKlasse Meeting (4/1) with a time of 1:49.73... Ends his outdoor career with four top-ten all-time marks in the 800 and a pair of top-ten times in the 1500. 

Indoor
Atlantic 10 All-Academic Team... First team all-conference in the 1000m... Waled away from the Atlantic 10 Championships (2/26) with two gold medals... Set a school record and a personal-best in the 1000m by stopping the timer in 2:26.76 at the A-10's... Ran the third leg on the 4x800 relay team which set a school record and took gold with a time of 7:38.76... Set a PR in the mile at the David Hemery Valentine Invite (2/11) with a mark of 4:04.99... Finished fourth in the 800 at the Carolina Challenge (1/21).

2021-22 (Redshirt Sophomore):
Outdoor

Recorded a pair of second-place finishes in the 800m at the VertKlasse Meeting (4/2) and the Gamecock Invitational (4/16)... Took home the silver medal in the 1500m at the Atlantic 10 Championships (5/8) by stopping the clock in 3:55.92... Participated on the 4x800 relay team which finished third at A-10's. 

Indoor
Ran the opening leg for Davidson's Atlantic 10 Championship-winning distance medley relay team... Anchored the 4x800 relay team at the A-10 Championship (2/27) which finished with a silver medal... Took fourth in the mile at A-10's with a time of 4:13.82... Recorded a personal-best time in the 3k at the Patriot Games (1/29) where he finished second with a time of 8:32.14. 

2020-21 (Redshirt Freshman):
Outdoor
Placed second in the 800m and anchored the silver medalist 4x800m relay team at the Atlantic 10 Championship (5/2) which also set the program record… Won the 1500m with a time of 3:48.77 at the Mason Spring Invite (4/11) … Took second with a time of 1:51.76 at the Charlotte Invitational (4/24) … Won the half mile in 1:51.84 and was on the fourth-place 4x400m relay team at the 49er Classic (3/20) … Stopped the clock over 1500m at 3:48.51 at the Raleigh Relays (3/27) … Placed sixth in the 800m at the Liberty Twilight Qualifier (5/5) ... Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll. 
 
2019-20 (Freshman):
Indoor
Stopped the clock at 4:12.79 in the mile at the BU Terrier Classic (2/15) … Won the mile in 4:25.45 and helped the 4x400m relay take second at the Mondo College Invitational (2/2) … Placed second in the mile at 4:25.25 at the JDL Early Bird Invitational (12/8) … Crossed the line in seventh in the 1,000m with a time of 2:33.10 at the JDL January College Kick-Off (1/19) … Placed 10th at the Atlantic 10 Championship in the mile (2/29).

Prep Years: Competed for Jeff Browne and Mike Jones at Thayer Academy … Named to the Boston Globe, the Boston Herald and the Patriot Ledger All-Scholastic Teams (2017-19) … Was a NEPSTA MVP (2018) … A four-time ISL and All-New England member (2016-19) … Was a three-time ISL MVP (2017-19) … Holds three Thayer Academy records (800m, 1500m and 4x400m) … Helped lead his team to a NEPSTA Division 2 Co-Championship (2019) … Was also a member of the soccer team.
