Wildcats Cruise to 6-1 Win Over Fordham

NEW YORK, N.Y. -- The Davidson men's tennis team capped off its trip to New York with a 6-1 win over A-10 foe Fordham on Saturday night.
Despite dropping the doubles decision, the Wildcats swept all six singles matches to secure the win.
William Clark led the way for the 'Cats, winning his fourth straight singles match with a three-set, 4-6, 6-3, 6-4 win at No. 1.
Maxwell Kachkarov, Alejandro Solares, Nico Pinzon and Jerry Wang all picked up two-set sweeps from courts two, three, five and six, respectively. Juan Camilo Perez Gongora wrapped up the day with a 4-6, 7-5, 10-8 victory at No. 4 to complete Davidson's singles dominance over the Rams.
