NEWPORT NEWS, Va. -- There was no other way for Bella Brady to wrap up the final regular season of her Davidson tenure than with one last Defensive Player of the Week honor.
After shattering a 23-year old school record on Friday night, while leading the Wildcats to a 2-0 weekend, Brady earned her 11th Defensive Player of the Week nod from the Atlantic 10 Conference.
In the final weekend series against Duquesne, Davidson's libero averaged 7.33 digs per set while totaling 66 digs (30+ per match). She also served four aces and passed .913 on serve receive.
