Cross Country Opens Up 2022 Season at Richmond

DAVIDSON, N.C. - The Davidson Cross Country program will begin its season on Saturday, Sept. 2 at the Spider Open, hosted by the University of Richmond at Pole Green Park in Mechanicsville, Va. - the site for the 2022 Atlantic 10 Championships.
Live results for the race will be provided HERE.
The 'Cats will race against 17 teams including plenty of A-10 opponents alongside schools like JMU, VMI and Virginia State University. This year marks the 22nd year of the race which features the women running a 4k and the men running a 6k.
Following a sixth place finish last season, Davidson men's cross country returns seniors Rafi DeGenero, Joe dosReis, Miles Kominsky and two-time Atlantic 10 First Team awardee Owen Drometer.
Davidson women's cross country returns nine seniors including Natalie Abernathy, Alexandra Cisneros, Breila Fuller and Kelsey Troutman who led the 'Cats at last years XC Championships.
