Men's Track & Field Concludes Stint at Verklasse Meeting

HIGH POINT, N.C. – The men's track and field team concluded their late week trip to Dick Vert Stadium Friday on the final day of the Vertklasse Meeting.
Davidson freshman Josh Hardin posted a pair of top-10 all-time results. The Bluff City, Tenn., product leaned across the line at 11.13 seconds in the 100-meter dash and 21.99 seconds in the 200-meters.
Wildcat sophomore Ben Gordon Sniffen and Miles Kominsky placed among the top-eight in the 800-meter run. Gordon placed fifth with a time of 1:55.31, while Kominsly was eighth in 1:56.40.
Isaac Bynum placed ninth in a pair of events. The freshman came in top-10 in the 400-meter run with a time of 50.13 seconds and the 110-meter hurdles in 15.21 seconds.
A pair of 'Cats competed in the discus led by sophomore Dylan Lageman's mark of 39.18-meters (128'6). Classmate Bryce Anthony also entered the throwing circle in preparation for the decathlon.
Davidson returns to the track Sunday, Apr. 11 at the Mason Spring Invite.
