Wildcats Beat by Phoenix, 4-1

Sophomore Josie Schaffer picked up the Wildcats' lone point of the day, defeating Elon's Saldh, 7-5 and 6-2 from court one. With today's win, Schaffer improves to 10-9 on the season, and completes the regular season as Davidson's winningest Wildcat.
Davidson dropped all three doubles matches to the Phoenix, as Elon went on to take the remaining three singles matches from the 'Cats as well. Ava Ignatowich, Mira Gladstone and Elizabeth Truluck all battled the Phoenix, but picked up singles losses as Elon pulled out the 4-1 match victory.
The 'Cats will return to the courts on April 28 for the Atlantic 10 Championships, set to begin in Orlando, Florida,
