Women's T&F back on the Track at the Vertklasse Meeting

HIGH POINT, N.C. – Davidson freshman Megan Burkholder out-vaulted the field in day one of the Vertklasse Meeting at Dick Vert Stadium Thursday.
Burkholder cleared 3.35-meters (10'11.75) to claim the best vault performance of the day.
Davidson junior Rachel Shapiro led a large contingent of Wildcats in the 1500-meter run. Shapiro stopped the clock in a new personal best time of 4:49.96. Sophomore Breila Fuller wasn't far behind, but doing so in a separate section, crossing the line in 3:50.03.
Davidson wraps up the final day of the Vertklasse Meeting tomorrow, Friday, Apr. 2.
