Wildcats Travel East for UNC Wilmington's Fall Invitational

WILMINGTON, N.C. -- The Davidson men's tennis team competed at the UNCW Fall Invitational this past weekend in their second-to-last fall tournament of the year.
Freshmen doubles duo Nico Pinzon and Juan Camilo Perez Gongora were bright spots on the weekend, as the two kicked off the trip with a No. 1 doubles win on Friday against the host, UNC Wilmington. Later that day Pinzon also picked up a singles victory, defeating UNCW's O'Connor in three sets.
William Clark was the other Wildcat to earn a singles victory at the invitational, as the Virginia native defeated Mercer's Barrow, 6-1, 6-3, from court five on Sunday.
