DAVIDSON, N.C. – After three straight on the road, Davidson returns to the friendly confines of Alumni Stadium Saturday afternoon for a 1 p.m. "Senior Day" match against Atlantic 10 foe Massachusetts.
Prior to the contest, the senior class of Mateo Alzate, Tavis Braithwaite, Benjamin Gilligan, Lucas Hauth, Henry Howell, Jacob Myers, Jack Wilson, Stefane Zemmali and Michael Zemanek will be recognized.
Coming off a setback at No. 5 Virginia Tech, the Wildcats enter 7-5-1 overall and 2-2-1 in conference play. Despite the setback, Davidson is 2-2-0 against Top-25 teams this season.
Vincent Bennage continues to lead Davidson in scoring with six goals and 12 total points, while Howell is right behind the freshman with three scores and a team-leading five assists.
The Minutemen come in 7-3-2 on the season and 1-2-1 against league competition after last Saturday's scoreless draw with George Washington.
Filippo Begliardi Ghidini, who ranks fifth among league leaders in scoring, paces Massachusetts with 8 goals, 2 assists and 18 total points.
Since joining the conference, the Wildcats are 3-0-1 against the Minutemen.

Davidson will close out its home slate Wednesday when Dayton visits for a 7 p.m. tilt.
