The Davidson baseball team returns to Wilson Field this weekend for a three-game set with Siena.
It's the fourth straight home weekend series for the Wildcats, who played their first road contest at Charleston Southern on Tuesday night.
The Wildcats (9-3) will host the Saints (0-12) in a doubleheader Saturday, beginning at 1 p.m. Sunday's game is also set for 1 p.m.
Davidson is coming off a 3-1 loss at Charleston Southern on Tuesday, while Wednesday's game with the Bucs was postponed due to rain.
Siena lost all four games to Eastern Kentucky last weekend.
Team leaders
• Brett Centracchio and Matt Frey lead the Wildcats with four multi-hit games. The two seniors are also batting over .300, with Centracchio hitting a team-best .342 and Frey batting .316.
• Alex Fedje-Johnson has reached base in all 12 contests. The senior third baseman is hitting .273 and is second on the team in on-base percentage (.489). He leads the Wildcats with 11 walks.
• Parker Nolan leads the team with four home runs and 13 RBIs. Much of that production came last weekend against Lafayette, when he hit .500 (6-for-12).
• Through 12 games, Davidson's pitching staff has compiled a 2.69 ERA in 107 innings. The weekend rotation of right-handed sophomores Gabe Levy, Blake Hely and Alex Fenton is 6-1.
