WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – The Davidson men's track and field team competed at the Camel City Classic Friday and Saturday at JDL Fast Track.
The Wildcat's 4x400-meter relay team of Sean Caveney, Miles Hollimon, Nick Peeples and George Williams took fourth overall with a time of 3:22.37.
Hollimon and Peeples, the back-to-back reigning Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week honorees, placed 10th and 11th overall in the 200-meters. Peeples (22.59 seconds) edged out Hollimon (22.60).
The distance medley relay team of Dylan Carmack, Taylor Drake, Garret Nickelson and Alex Hazan placed fourth overall.
Davidson returns to the track Thursday, Feb. 8 at the JDL Team Challenge.
