WILMINGTON, N.C. – The Davidson men's golf team continued their 2016 spring campaign at the Seahawk Intercollegiate hosted by UNCW on Sunday.
Originally scheduled for 54 holes, the two-day event has been shortened to 36 holes due to rain.
The annual event is being played on the Par 72 Country Club of Landfall layout.
Alex Nianouris, who is competing as an individual for the Wildcats (309/13th), paced his club with a two-over 74 and sits tied for 36th.
Led by Matt Oshrine's four-under 68, Duke (280) leads the 13-team field by one stroke over Army.
Oshrine and Army's Marcus Plunkett lead a tightly bunched leaderboard by one shot. A total of 24 competitors are within four swings of the individual lead.
