Faulkner and Bode Lead the ‘Cats After 36 Holes in Wilmington

WILMINGTON, N.C. – Nate Faulkner and Jackson Bode sit just outside the Top-25 to pace the Davidson men's golf team after 36 holes of the 2026 Seahawk Intercollegiate hosted by UNCW.
Faulkner (+2) and Davis Sayman (+7) led the way for the Wildcats in round one with even-par rounds of 72, while Bode (+2) fired a team-low one-under 71 in the afternoon.
Alexander Paschall (+11) and Price Miller (+20) are also in the Davidson lineup.
VCU (-7), Stetson (-7) and UNCW (-7) share the top spot on the leaderboard by two swings over No. 26 Duke (-5).
The Hatters' Justin Hicks leads the 88-player field at six-under.
Tomorrow's third and final round will begin with an 8:45 a.m. shotgun start.
