DAVIDSON, N.C. – Coming off a thrilling 3-1 victory at Duke, Davidson will resume Atlantic 10 play Saturday with a 3 p.m. kickoff against St. Bonaventure on 1992 Team Field.
Danny Davis, Aidan Peterson and Jaylen Thompson each netted their first career goals in the Wildcats' win over the Blue Devils Tuesday evening. Peterson also added the assist on Thompson's 88th minute strike.
Davidson, which enters 2-8-0 and 0-1-0 in conference play, will conclude the regular season with seven straight against league competition.
Maxi Pragnell continues to pace the Wildcats offensively with four goals and nine total points.
The Bonnies, who have scored just two goals in their last seven contests, come in 1-8-2 overall and 0-1-1 in A-10 play following a scoreless draw against Duquesne Wednesday.
Davidson and St. Bonaventure have met on the pitch each of the last two seasons with the Wildcats winning both matchups.
A year ago, Cort Coxhead scored in the 106th minute to lift Davidson to a 2-1 (2ot) victory at St. Bonnie.
