DAVIDSON, N.C. — Continuing with its season-long five-game homestand, the Davidson women's basketball team will face East Tennessee State Friday morning at 11:30 a.m. as part of the Wildcats' Education Day game.
As part of Education Day, the 'Cats (6-4) will welcome local schools Davidson Day, Community School Davidson, Davidson Elementary and Mountain Island Lake. It is the second straight Education Day game for Davidson after hosting Dayton last year. Prior to last year, Davidson had not held an Education Day game since Jan. 12, 2012 when it played Western Carolina and welcomed five local schools.

•Davidson is in its 37th season and reached the 400-win mark last year at Gardner-Webb.
•The 'Cats are in their second year in the Atlantic 10 after a 21-year run in the SoCon.
