ATLANTA, Ga. – Highlighted by a pair of sub-par rounds, Davidson carded a season-low for the second straight day, posting a one-under 287 in the final round of the 2015 AutoTrader.com Collegiate Classic.
Freshman Mike Blasey fired a two-under 70 to place tied for 23rd, while classmate Jack Lang also shot a personal-best one-under 71 to lead the Wildcats on Tuesday.
As a team, Davidson (304-294-287 = 855) finished just three shots out of the Top-10.
The two-day/54-hole event was played on the Par 72, 6,706-yard Berkeley Hills Country Club layout.
David Sargent and Spencer Papciak turned in rounds of one-over 73 to round out the Wildcat scores.

Georgia State, College of Charleston, Chattanooga, Davidson, Francis Marion, Lipscomb, Mercer, Middle Tennessee, UNC Greensboro, South Alabama, South Florida, Richmond, Temple and Troy made up the 14-team field.
In all, the field consisted of eight Top-100 programs, including a pair of Top-50 teams according to the latest Golfweek rankings.
Lipscomb posted a tournament record 25-under 839 to claim the team title by eight strokes over South Florida.
The Bison's Dawson Armstrong (-16) also recorded a new event low to win the individual crown.
Davidson will take a 12-day break before returning to the course Oct. 25-26 at the Bridgestone Golf Collegiate hosted by UNCG.
