GEORGIA SOUTHERN: Davidson trails in the all-time series, which dates back to 1954, 18-83, and the Eagles have won the last 16 contests, sweeping the last five series dating back to 2009, and also defeating the Wildcats in the SoCon tournament in 2009. Davidson's last win over Georgia Southern was on April 20, 2008 at Wilson Field. The 'Cats split four games with the Eagles in 2004, going 1-2 during the regular season and winning their lone meeting in the SoCon tournament, while their last three-game series victory was in 1999. The only other was in 1995. Davidson has never swept a three-game series over the Eagles.
