- Davidson's .722 winning percentage was its highest since the 1992 Final Four team.
- The Wildcats got off to a 5-0-2 start, which was the best beginning to a season since the 1982 campaign.
- Davidson was the nation's only team (our of 205) to conclude the season with just two losses.
- In addition to running its home unbeaten streak to 10 straight dating back to last season, the Wildcats recorded their first-ever unblemished record at home going 5-0-3.
- Davidson climbed to as high as No. 3 in the NCAA RPI and were ranked in every major collegiate soccer national poll at one point during the season.
- After earning just three shutouts and allowing 30 goals a year ago, Davidson recorded eight shutouts, while giving up only 14 goals in 2014.
- For the first time in school history, Davidson defeated a pair Atlantic Coast Conference opponents on the road in the same season.
- The Wildcats, who finished 2-0-1 against the ACC, knocked off Duke and No. 2/3 Virginia on the road. Virginia would proceed to win the NCAA Championship.
- Davidson played then-ranked No. 8 Saint Louis at home and Virginia Tech away to scoreless ties.
- 25 of Davidson's 28 goals came after intermission, including four in the second half of its 4-3 come-from-behind victory over Cal Poly in the season opener.
- On Oct. 28, 2014, the Wildcats recorded their first-ever Atlantic 10 win, a 2-0 blanking of St. Bonaventure at home.
