Wildcats Set for NCAA Southeast Regional Meet

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – The Davidson women's cross country team heads to Charlottesville this weekend to take part in the 2013 NCAA Southeast Regional Meet hosted by the University of Virginia Friday afternoon.
The meet will take place at Panorama Farms (Earlysville, Va.) with a start time of noon for the men and 1:15 p.m. for the women. The men will compete in the 10k with the women running a 6k course.
Led by Erin Osment, the Wildcats are coming off a sixth place finish at the 2013 SoCon Championships. Osment earned All-SoCon Second Team honors for her 14th-place finish, while freshman Jenny Fritz was named to the all-freshman team for taking 29th overall. The meet marked the final SoCon event for the Wildcats, who depart for the Atlantic 10 in the summer of 2014.
