Women Put Together Another Strong Showing, Finish 8th at Panorama Farms

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – Led by senior Molly Sullivan and a trio of freshmen, the Davidson women's cross country team put together another strong showing on the trails finishing eighth at the 2025 Panorama Farms Invitational hosted by the University of Virginia Friday morning.
Sullivan, a native of North Kingstown, R.I., placed 43rd out of 157 competitors with a new personal record of 21:50.0.
First-year teammates Annie Norman (21:54.3), Gilly Shumate (22:05.6) and Charlotte Moor (22:31.3) also scored for the 'Cats on the 6K course.
Sophomore Abby Smith was the fifth Davidson runner across the line followed by Mary Shoop (22:41.5) and Camryn Quinn (22:57.0).
Coming off a win in their last race, the Wildcats totaled 259 points finishing just behind NC State and ahead of another in-state foe, East Carolina.
The Cavaliers captured the team titles by 37 points over rival Virginia Tech, which was followed by Elon, Ohio and High Point to round out the Top-5.
The Hokies' Katie Bohlke claimed the individual crown with a time of 20:02.6.

The Wildcats will head to Cedarville, Ohio, in two weeks for the 2025 Atlantic 10 Championships.
