2008-09: Broke a school record in the indoor 400 meters, finishing 14th with a time of 59.62 at her first collegiate competition, the Appalachian Invitational, where she also competed in the indoor 200 meters (17th, 26.72) ... placed 38th with a time of 27.15 in the 200 meters and finished 33rd in the indoor 400 meters with a time of 1:01.96 at the UNC Classic ... finished 42nd (26.48) in the indoor 200 meters at the Niswonger Invitational ... placed 30th in the indoor 60 meters (8.28) and 31st (26.97) in the indoor 200 meters, and also competed in the indoor 400 meters (25th, 1:01.23) at the Carolina Invitational ... ran a 26.97 in the prelims of the 200 meters and a 60.24 in the prelims of the 400 meters at the 2009 SoCon Indoor Championships, where she was also a member of the Wildcats' 4x400 meter relay team (4:09.54).
