Cross Country
2010: Ran a season-best time of 20:41.50 at the Royal Cross Country Invitational (125th) ... also competed at the Covered Bridge Open (111th, 21:37.32), the Clemson Invitational (76th, 22:57.62) and the Charlotte Cross Country Invitational (170th, 21:12.40).
2009: Ran a season-best time of 21:28.46 and finished 57th overall at the USC Upstate Invitational ... also competed at the Eye Opener (58th, 22:28) and the Winthrop Invitational (84th, 23:44.84).
2008: Finished 126th overall with a time of 22:10 to help the Wildcats to a third-place team finish at the Winthrop invitational.

2010-11: Competed in the outdoor 5,000 meters, finishing 51st with a season-best time of 20:35.62 at the Charlotte 49er Classic ... also competed in the event at the Terrier Relays (10th, 22:15.96) and the 2011 SoCon Outdoor Championships (38th, 22:13.87).
Prep/Personal: Three-year letterwinner at Western Guilford ... All-Conference Cross Country in 2007 and 2008 ... All-Conference in the 3200-meters in 2006 and the pole vault in 2008 ... All-Region in the pole vault in 2008 ... member of the National Honor Society and National French Honor Society.
