2007: Rejoined team in 2007, finishing with a season-best time of 20:59 at the Annual Hopebuilders 5K in Charlotte ... also competed at the Tiger Invitational (158th, 21:43.45) and Wake Forest Relays (24th, 22:21).
2005: Finished in 22:01.19 (58th) at the Covered Bridge Open, in 23:13.78 (86th) at UVA's Lou Onesty Invitational, and in 21:26.5 at the Blue Ridge Open (82nd).
Track: Also added valuable depth to the distance corps during the 2005 track season.
Prep Years: Ran cross country and track and played soccer at Haddonfield ... salutatorian.
