Coaches' Comment: "Tanner is 'others oriented' which is a huge gift as servant leader and he can steer others to his humility, selflessness, and motivating qualities. He's devoted to the team and to joy. As a right back, Tanner is gritty, he overlaps, and he serves a great free kick."
