2006: Earned All-SoCon honors, finishing third overall at SoCons with a time of 25:25 ... paced team at Winthrop Invitational with a 12th- place finish (26:37) … team-best time (25:20) at Paul Short Run.
2005: Named SoCon Freshman of the Year, after turning in top freshman time of 25:56.07 at SoCons.

2007: Led Wildcats to best finish at Indoor SoCons, earning all-conference honors with school-record time 8:36.70 (3rd place) in the 3,000 meters … also finished fourth in the 5,000-meters.
2006: Earned all-conference honors at Indoor SoCons with school-record (15:02.33) in 5,000 meters ... part of record-setting 4x1500-meter relay team at Clemson Relays ... earned all-conference honors with runner-up finish in 10,000 meters (32:04.77) at outdoor SoCons.
