Indoor: Posted a time of 10:25.72 for fifth place in the 3,000m at the JDL College Kick-off Classic (12/7)… Won the 5,000m at the Nisownger Invitational (1/17) in 17:22.59… Helped the DMR to a runner-up finish in 12:29.00 at the High Point Team Challenge (2/6)… Clocked in at 5:13.35 in the mile at the UCS Invitational (2/14)… Finished seventh in the 5k at the SoCon Indoor Championships (3/1) in 17:29.23.
Outdoor: SoCon Honor Roll… Ran a career-best 4:57.56 in the 1,500m at the Charlotte 49er Classic (3/20)… Finished seventh in the 5k in a time of 17:24.81 at the Raleigh Relays (3/28)… Won the 3,000m in a career-best 9:59.91 at the 2014 Carolina’s Cup (4/10)… Was fourth in the 5,000m at the SoCon Outdoor Championships (4/26) in a career-best 17:15.21... Indoor: Placed third in the 5,000m run in a time of 18:30.42 at the JDL College Kick Off Classic (12/1)… Finished seventh in the 3,000m at Wake Forest (1/19), crossing the line in 10:37.90… Ran a 10:49.18 in the 3,000m at the Hilton Garden Invitational (2/1)… Recorded a time of 5:28.92 for a career best in the mile at the Tiger Paw meet (2/9)... Ran an indoor season best time of 18:24.57 (22nd) in the 5,000m at the 2013 SoCon Indoor Championships (2/23)… Also finished 15th in the 3,000m with a time of 10:40.09.
