'Cats Earn Wins on Second Day of Richmond Duals

HAMPTON, Va. — Four Davidson Wildcats earned multiple event wins, and the Davidson women earned a team victory as well Saturday on the final day of the Richmond Duals at the Hampton Aquaplex.
On the team front, the Davidson women posted a 168-130 win over George Mason, while the men fell in a 157-140 tally.
Multiple wins came from Addison Constantinides, Dylan Felt, Elle Jacobsen and Lizzie Palmer.
Saturday's wins included:
Women
Constantinides: 100 free (52.93), 200 free (1:54.71)
Jacobsen: 1M diving (259.55); 3M diving (255.00)
Palmer: 100 breast (1:06.48); 200 breast (2:25.26)
Frances Bohner: 1,650 free (18:09.89)
Caroline Furbay: 200 IM (2:08.35)
Nora Ratmeyer: 200 fly (2:10.72)
Ginny Thorsen: 500 free (5:13.65)
200 medley relay: Ann Thompson, Palmer, McKenna Smith, Furbay (1:46.25)
Men
Felt: 500 free (4:35.54); 1,650 free (15:55.76)
Liam McDonough: 200 back (1:52.33)
Fletcher Smith: 200 fly (1:51.68)
Adding second-place finishes in events won by Wildcats were: (men) Teddy McDonough, Henry Shoemaker and Robby Votta and (women) Laurel Coppedge and Furbay.
