Tharin Shares Lead After Day One of Wolfpack Invite

RALEIGH, N.C. – Davidson's Will Tharin fired a three-under 68 to grab a share of the individual lead after day one of the 2024 Wolfpack Individual Invitational Saturday.
A freshman from Rocky Mount, N.C., Tharin finished the day with four birdies and a bogey, highlighted by a back nine 33. He will enter tomorrow's final round tied with Tennessee's Josh Hill, one clear of two others.
The 36-hole event is being played on NC State's Lonnie Poole Golf Course.
Davis Sayman (+5), Adam Lauer (+5) and Jackson Bode (+9) are also competing in the individual-only event for the Wildcats.
