Relay Record Falls, Felt Wins on Day 2 at Bucknell

LEWISBURG, Pa. — A Davidson program record fell, and Dylan Felt earned an event win to highlight the Wildcats' second day at the Bucknell Invitational Saturday.
The men's 200 medley relay team of Liam McDonough, Andrew Schou, Miles Charles and Guil Ware set a Davidson mark with a swim of 1:28.53, which earned third in the meet.
Felt's win came in the 200 free, as he touched the wall in 1:36.11.
Felt also teamed with Jeremy Kemp, Fletcher Smith and Mitch McClain to take second in the 800 free relay (6:37.63).
Charles (48.97) and Zain Butt (49.18) finished 4-5 in the 100 fly, while Schou took fourth in the 100 breast (55.13). McDonough added seventh-place points in the 100 back (49.09).
Anna Newman and Ginny Thorsen led the Davidson women with third-place finishes. Newman's came in the 100 breast (1:01.90), while, in the 200 free, Thorsen and Brooke Mahoney swam third and fifth with times of 1:50.59 and 1:51.02, respectively.
Newman joined Ann Thompson, Sophia Parker and Addy Donaldson on the fourth-place 200 medley relay team (1:43.27), and Thorsen and Mahoney swam alongside Addison Constantinides and Rani Greer on the fifth-place 800 free relay (7:30.63).
Thompson added a seventh-place finish in the 100 back.
