SERIES HISTORY...
The Wildcats trail the 49ers 13-19 in the all-time series. Davidson is currently on a two-game winning streak over Charlotte having most recently won 68-55 Dec. 21, 2022.
Elle Sutphin went for a 25-point, 10-rebound double-double in the win while Suzi-Rose Deegan (14) and Maddie Plank (11) joined her in double figures. Last year's win over Charlotte was the sixth for Davidson since 2000.

LAST TIME OUT... The Wildcats extended their winning streak to eight games in a 75-56 home-court win over UNC Wilmington Monday. Mallorie Haines tallied a team-high 19 points while connecting on three, 3-pointers while Millie Prior went a perfect 9-of-9 from the floor for 18 points.

- For their continued efforts, the Wildcats have received votes in the AP Top 25 and WBCA Top 25 Coaches Poll this week.

Deegan has been on a hot streak from the floor as she posted
her third 20-point game of the season in back-to-back showings against Dayton and High Point with a season-high 22. The win over the Panthers marked the seventh game this season that Deegan had scored in double figures including the fifth contest in a row.
Additionally, Deegan shot am impressive 83.3 (10-of-12) from the floor against Dayton and 9-of-13 over High Point marking the fifth and six overall games shooting above 50.0 percent and the fourth contest out of the last six doing such.
Prior continues to show her dominance on both ends of the court as she currently ranks 20th in all Division I in blocks with 24 after tallying seven over the last three games. Prior has not gone a game this season without a block as a starter of all 11 contests. Addition- ally, Prior has had two or more blocks in seven of the Wildcats' 11 games.
On the offensive end of the floor, Prior has now tallied double-digit points in seven consecutive games and eight of 11 overall. Prior has shot over .500 in the last five match ups and most recently went a perfect 5-of-5 and 9-of-9 from the floor over High Point and UNCW.

Mallorie Haines, Maddie Plank and Katie Donovan all have seen time in all 11 contests for the Wildcats while averaging 8.0, 4.5 and 1.6 points respectively. Haines leads the team from long range as she has shot 51.1 percent.
Freshmen Sylvie Jackson (9), Chloe Oliver (7) and Eliza Buerk (3) have all made numerous appearances in their debut seasons.

Charlotte enters the late week, having picked up a narrow 65-60 win over Charleston Southern Monday on the road.
A LOOK AT THE 49ERS...
For the season, the 49ers have averaged 63.0 points and 37.5 rebounds per game while shooting 39.5 from the floor, 29.0 from beyond the arc and 75.7 at the charity stipe.
Pacing the squad is Dazia Lawrence with 16.8 ppg, 3.7 rpg, 1.8 apg and 1.5 spg while Tracey Hueston goes for 11.6 ppg and 5.2 rpg both in 11 starts.
Lawrence led the charge with a team-high 17 points in the last meeting between the teams on Dec. 21, 2022 in John M. Belk Arena.
