DAVIDSON, N.C. – Coming off an impressive 5-0 win at Radford, Davidson returns home to Alumni Stadium Saturday evening for a 7 p.m. kickoff with George Mason.
The Wildcats concluded their season-long three-game road trip 1-1-1 and resumes league play 2-5-1 overall and 0-1-0 in the conference.
Junior Luke Bryant paced the 'Cats Tuesday evening with a pair of goals. Denis Krioutchenkov, Vincent Bennage and Maddux Reece also scored against the Highlanders.
In addition, goalkeeper Lou Liedtka recorded a save en route to his first career clean sheet.
Krioutchenkov leads the Davidson attack with three goals, while Bryant and Bennage have two each through eight games.
George Mason enters 2-4-0 and 1-0-0 in the A-10 following a 6-1 setback at top-ranked Wake Forest early this week.
The Wildcats and Patriots have met nine times on the pitch since Davidson joined the league in 2014. George Mason leads the series 4-3-2, but the 'Cats have won the last two.
