Williams Named to HERO Sports FCS Preseason All-America Team

DAVIDSON, N.C. - Davidson football's Coy Williams has been named to the 2022 HERO Sports FCS Preseason All-American Offensive Third Team, announced by the organization Thursday. The redshirt senior was previously named to the HERO Sports All-American Second Team Offensive following the conclusion of the 2021 season.
Coming off a career standout season, the Lumberton, Texas native led the Wildcats in scoring with 15 rushing TDs. Williams rushed for a total 786 yards, averaging 71.45 yards per game.
