The three-day / 54-hole event is being played on the PGA National Resort Champion layout.
The 14-team field features eight teams ranked nationally by GolfStat, including three currently inside the Top-15.
Viraj Garewal, who led the Wildcats on day one with an opening round 70, continues to pace Davidson as the all-conference selection sits in a tie for 26th at 4-over 148 (70-78).
Fellow all-conference performer Clayton Tribus (74-75 = 149) and Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Year Will Davis (74-75 = 149) are one back of their teammate, while Ethan Hall (153 / T-43) and Alex Heffner (157 / T-63) signed for rounds of 78 and 76, respectively.

Davidson, which entered the second round fourth on the team leaderboard, slid into a three-way tie for eighth with No. 45 Little Rock, but just 11 shots out of fifth place, currently occupied by College of Charleston (+10).
College of Charleston's Kieron van Wyk (-6) shot his second straight 3-under 69 to grab the individual lead by one of South Florida's Sam Nicholson and two better than Cole Sherwood of Vanderbilt.
