Fuller Nabs First Collegiate Win, Davis Sets School Record at Aggie Invitational

GREENSBORO, N.C. - Davidson track and field competed at the Aggie Invitational hosted by North Carolina A&T on Saturday. The 'Cats day was highlighted by Breila Fuller earning her first collegiate win in the women's 800m run with a time 2:12.64. Anna Davis set another school record in the 400m hurdles placing third with her time of 59.45.
Kicking things off on the women's side, four 'Cats finished in the top 20 in the 1500m run. Anne Berquist finished in seventh, Alexandra Cisneros and Beatrice Levy finished in a 13th and 14th respectively, and Kelsey Troutman in 18th. In the field events, Megan Burkholder placed fourth in the pole vault.
The Davidson men's team had a pair of second and fourth place finishes as Jack Stajos and Cory Gaither placed second in the discus and 110m hurdles respectively. Jordan Benson took fourth in the high jump and Nick Masterman also finished fourth in the javelin.
