Davis, Smith Named A-10 Track Performers of the Week

DAVIDSON, N.C. - Davidson's Anna Davis and Jayden Smith were both named Atlantic 10 Track Performers of the Week, announced by the conference Tuesday. This is the first award of the outdoor season for Davidson Track and Field.
At the Weems Baskin Relays, Davis won the 400m hurdles with her conference best time of 1:00.18. She was also part of the relay team that finished fourth in the race, but whose time of 3:46.28 sits atop the A-10.
Smith placed second in the 110m hurdles at the Weems Baskin Relays, but his time of 14.07 seconds broke Davidson's school record that had been set in 1982 and holds the fastest time in the A-10.
