Naime Finishes T-9th at Wolfpack Invitational

RALEIGH, N.C. – Davidson's Dean Naime carded a final round score of one-over 73 to come home tied for ninth at the 2022 Wolfpack Invitational, a two-day individual stroke play event hosted by NC State at Lonnie Poole Golf Course.
Naime, who finished with a 36-hole total of 148 (75-73) signed for five birdies, seven pars and six bogeys Sunday as the senior climbed from 14th into the Top-10.
Teammate Ethan Hall also placed inside the Top-15 for the Wildcats with a two-day score of 149 (73-76).
Davidson's Cole Walter (81-74 = 155) improved on his opening-round score by seven strokes, while Adam Lauer turned in a 79 Sunday to finish at 159 (80-79).
Wake Forest's Clay Stirsman (-6) claimed individual medalist and was just one of two competitors to finish under par.
