Hall Leads Davidson Individuals After Day One of Wolfpack Invite

RALEIGH, N.C. – Ethan Hall fired a 73 to pace Davidson on day one of the 2022 Wolfpack Invitational, a two-day individual stroke play event hosted by NC State at Lonnie Poole Golf Course.
A junior from Morehead City, N.C., Hall made the turn in 37 before playing his inward nine in even par, including birdies on the 13th and 17th holes. He'll enter tomorrow's final round tied for sixth out of 41 competitors, just four off the pace.
After opening with three straight birdies to climb to the top of the leaderboard early in his round, Davidson's Dean Naime signed for a three-over 75 and is currently tied for 14th.
Adam Lauer (80 / T-34) and Cole Walter (81 / T-36) are also competing for the Wildcats.
Duke's Quinn Riley and Dougie Ergood of North Carolina share the top spot following rounds of three-under 69.
Tomorrow's final round will begin at 8:20 a.m.
