Felt Wins Again to Highlight Final Day at Bucknell

LEWISBURG, Pa. — Dylan Felt won for the third time in as many days Sunday as Davidson's swimmers and divers wrapped up the final day of competition at the Bucknell Invitational.
Felt, a freshman, captured first place in the 1,650 free with a time of 15:36.80, which is just more than a second off the school record. It followed his victory in the 500 free on Friday (4:28.23) and his Saturday win in the 200 free (1:37.38).
Felt also helped the 400 free relay team of Jeremy Kemp, Ben McClain and Ian Brann take fourth (3:03.97), as the Davidson men finished third out of eight teams in the standings with 888.50 points.
Kemp added a fifth-place finish in the 200 back (1:49.41), while Fletcher Smith was sixth in the 200 fly (1:50.20). Jackson McDonald swam sixth in the 1,650 (16:00.02), and in the 200 breast, Cael McLaren and Andrew Schou finished fifth and eighth with times of 2:04.36 and 2:07.02, respectively.
Diver Annica Valmassei led the Davidson women, who finished sixth, with a second-place finish in the 3-meter competition, where she totaled 269.50 points.
Sylvia Stewart-Bates took third in the 1,650 free (17:02.18), while Kate Pottle added seventh-place points (17:16.15). Shelby Stanley (200 back, 2:01.21) and Chale Jacks (100 free, 52.53) also earned seventh-place points.
Stanley, Jacks, Abby Francis and Leah Sandock took fourth in the 400 free relay in 3:25.32.
